Morrison Child and Family Services is a non-profit organization that provides a comprehensive array of services to children, adolescents, and their families. Morrison team members and clients commit to the following values of the Sanctuary Model and are currently working toward Sanctuary Certification:
• Nonviolence – building safe environments
• Emotional Intelligence – managing feelings
• Social Learning – respecting ideas
• Democracy – shared decision making
• Open Communication – saying what you mean and not being mean when you say it
• Social Responsibility – Teamwork
• Growth and Change – creating a hopeful future
These values create a common language and vision throughout the organization. The Sanctuary concepts drive our mission forward by acknowledging and addressing the adversity experienced by clients and staff members. For more on the Sanctuary Model please visit our Philosophy Page.
At Morrison, employees make a difference in the lives of children, teens, and families coping with adversity and trauma. Whether you choose to work as a direct care employee, a member of our administrative or professional staff, a maintenance worker, or a mental health therapist, you will be supporting the growth of children and their families to enhance their lives and future.
