These services are what many people think of as “traditional” mental health therapy and are offered at one of our three clinic locations or virtually (telehealth). Our clinic environments are designed to be welcoming and therapeutic and are easily accessible by public transportation.

Services provided in-person or virtually include:

• Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment and Treatment Planning
• Individual and Family Therapy
• Parent Child Interactional Therapy (PCIT)
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management by an LMP
• Parent Education Groups (depending on availability)

For Caregivers:

If you would like to schedule an intake appointment for your child, you can contact our Central Intake department by phone at 503-258-4381. Our Central Intake Department doesn’t take live calls and you will be required to leave a voicemail. Be sure to include your name and a good callback number where you can be reached. If you would prefer, you can complete our online Intake Screening form instead, by clicking HERE, and completing the ‘Intake Screening and Referral form’ at the bottom of the page. A member of our Central Intake Department will then contact you to establish services once they receive the completed form.

For Referring Partners:

If you would like to refer a child to our services, please visit our referrals page by clicking HERE to view our referral process and download our referral form. You can also complete our referral form online by clicking HERE and completing the ‘Intake Screening and Referral Form’ at the bottom of the page.

Language Accessibility

Services are offered in English, Spanish and other languages. Interpreters are available at certain locations.
