A Children's Tale
Presented by PCC Structurals

7th Annual Gala Event Builds Excitement

Register for A Children's Tale

This year's A Children's Tale is generously presented by PCC Structurals. This is an unforgettable evening of celebration and raising funds to benefit Morrison Child and Family Services, a premier provider of children's mental health services. This year we invite you to join our Diamond anniversary, celebrating 60 years of making a difference in the lives of Oregon’s children and families. A Children’s Tale will be an exciting, shining celebration of our legacy.

Doors will open September 28th at 5:30, welcoming guests in the stunning Heritage Ballroom at Portland's historic Governor Hotel. Special guests will include many of Dr. Carl Morrison's family members, the organization's past CEOs, and our community partners. Al Jubitz, a longtime Morrison supporter, will be the honorary chair of the gala. Cocktails and dinner precede awards presented to two recipients committed to the lives of children. The Muriel Goldman Lifetime Commitment to Children Award is presented to an individual committed to the lives of children and the Dick Drennan Memorial Award for Community Involvement is given annually to a company that exemplifies giving back to the community. The highlight of the evening is an original theatrical performance showcasing Morrison's past six decades, by playwright Steffen Silvis, directed by Julie Akers. Excitement will be high as we draw the winner of the Golden Ticket at the start of a selective live auction where guests will have the opportunity to Experience Making a Difference!

With the celebration of 60 years comes a new and fun twist to traditional raffles. Friends of Morrison will have the opportunity to purchase Golden Tickets. The lucky winner of the drawn ticket will take home a live auction package of their choosing before the first paddle is raised! Imagine: an instant wine cellar, a week at the coast or a 4-day cruise on tropical waters are just a few of the packages that you may take out of the running with just one lucky draw! Golden Tickets will be limited to just 300 sold at only $100 each! Don't miss this limited opportunity!!!

There are many ways that you are invited to make a difference through A Children's Tale:
