Taste 2017: Ned Ludd with Ovum Wines
SOLD OUT! Preparing scratch-based dishes abounding with seasonal and local delights, Chef Jason French of Ned Ludd inspires with his farm driven craft-based cookery. The foundation of each meal is a brick-faced wood-fired oven, making every dish an homage to European-based great food and drink. Held in the beautiful Elder Hall, this multi-course meal is sure to provide warmth, satisfaction, and conviviality as winter’s darkness begins to make way for spring.
Paired with the courses are rieslings, muscats, and gewurtztraminers from Oregon’s own Ovum Wines. Produced in barrels of acacia and oak, these wines feature the finest grapes from all regions of Oregon and yield wines in keeping with those in the world class growing regions in the world.
