Leslie is the Development Director, and has been with Morrison since July 2010. She has a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, with a background including conference and event planning, communications, volunteer coordination and fundraising. She also serves as Operations Manager for the Learning Institute at Morrison. Leslie is a transplant from Kansas City, Missouri, and has been enjoying everything Portland has to offer.

Karin Baggett, Events Coordinator
Karin volunteered for Morrison for two years before joining the Development team. She comes to Morrison with 11 years of non-profit experience including event coordination, conference planning and operations management. Karin has a B.S. degree in Exercise Science from Oregon State University and has an advanced personal training certificate. Karin is an Oregon native and is the proud mother of two boys. Being part of an extraordinary organization that supports the welfare of children and families is dream-fulfilling for her.

Rebecca Frinell, Volunteer Coordinator
Rebecca assesses the volunteer needs within Morrison and matches volunteers with the appropriate program. She served as the volunteer chair of the Holiday Giving program at Morrison in 2009 and 2010. Rebecca grew up in the Pacific Northwest and holds a BA in Hotel/Restaurant Administration from Washington State University. She enjoys spending time with her family, skiing and traveling.  As a recent volunteer for Morrison, she is excited to work with the other volunteers and to implement a cohesive volunteer program.

Sarah Holloway, Grant Writer
Sarah researches and writes grants for Morrison. A Portland native, Sarah is passionate about supporting the welfare of Oregon children and their families. Since 1993, she has worked in non-profit development researching and writing grants, facilitating fundraisers and finding other funding support for organizations such as the Northwest Children's Theater & School, Oregon College of Art & Craft and Jewish Family & Child Service. Sarah is also a professional puppeteer and has a Ph.D. in Multicultural Mythology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is thrilled to join the Development team at Morrison.

Jessica Wilson, Administrative Specialist
Jessica moved to Oregon from Washington to attend Linfield College where she first found her passion for service. She graduated in 2007 and joined Morrison’s Development Department in April 2010. Her position includes managing the donor database, in-kind donations and supporting “all things development.”
