Morrison Child and Family Services pledges to respect and guard the privacy of our donors and supporters.
We will remove your name from our mailing or email lists upon your request. Please contact us at (503) 258-4200 or development@morrisonkids.org and give us the complete name and address you would like removed.
Contributor's Privacy Policy
Morrison Child and Family Services values your participation and support and is committed to protecting your privacy. Morrison maintains strict internal policies regarding customer information and privacy.
Morrison does not sell, exchange or rent your personal information to any organization or individual. Morrison Child and Family Services will not divulge personal information to any other organization or individual other than that necessary to transact, fulfill and or account for online donations and purchases.
Morrison does not share your personal or professional information with any external entities including other nonprofits, businesses or telemarketing centers. Morrison does not use telephone marketing to solicit funds. Morrison Child and Family Services will use your phone number if we need to verify information, to thank you for your contribution, or to set appointment to further their engagement in Morrison.
What Information Do We Collect?
Online activity
Morrison's website is a safe environment for anyone who visits, makes a donation, registers for an event, or volunteers When you use the website to make a donation, register for an event, or volunteer Morrison will ask you for your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number as well as other relevant information (e.g. event specific for pre-registration).
Morrison has the ability to collect some non-identifying basic information from server logs. This includes total number of visitors, pages viewed, type of browser you are using (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), type of operating system you are using (e.g. Mac OS or Windows 2000), domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, EarthLink) and frequently used search words.
All contributor information collected electronically is kept in a password protected donor database.
Prospect research and donor records
During the course of research into prospective donors, Morrison follows standard development procedures for collecting publicly available information and keeping records related to fundraisinig including giving history, contact reports, and information found in the press and on the web.
Any hard copy files are secured in a locked facility with limited access by only Development personnel.

How Do We Use Your Information?
Morrison uses non-identifying basic information (aggregate data) to analyze site usage and to improve the content and design of the website. On occasion, Morrison may share aggregate data with sponsors, partners and other third-party vendors to encourage fund-raising.
Morrison Child and Family Services uses personally identifiable information you provide about yourself: a) to respond to your questions or comments about Morrison services; b) to register you for requested events and verify your identity; c) fulfill requests about employment, volunteer, advocate; d) to process your donation, verify your identity and send you a tax-deductible receipt; e) to thank you; f) to send you additional information about Morrison programs, services and needs that we believe will interest you
Morrison Child and Family Services produces an annual report. We list all donors who contribute unless they ask that the gift be anonymous. This annual report is posted on Morrison’s web site and available to the public.
Morrison may disclose to third parties aggregate statistics about donations, event attendees, volunteers and advocates (e.g., total number of donors, total amount of donations for specific periods, average gift size, total number of volunteers for specific projects or events). These statistics will not include any personally identifying information.
How Do We Provide a Secure Environment for On-line Transactions?
A third party handles Morrison's on-line credit card verification process. This organization needs your name, address, credit card number and expiration date to process your transaction. Its security and encryption technology offer the highest level of security and encryption to ensure the confidentiality of your transaction.
On-line forms to volunteer, to advocate or to sign-up to be on a mailing list, are not encrypted.
Cookies
Morrison Child and Family Services does not use cookies on its Web site.
Opt Out
